Returns and Cancellations

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For all painted parts, you can cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of purchase to receive a full refund and incur no fees. Any cancellations made after twenty-four (24) hours will incur a restocking fee depending on what stage the part(s) are at and/or if the painting process has started.
For all other parts, you can cancel your order within twelve (12) hours from the time of purchase to get a full refund and incur no fees.

RETURN POLICY:

You can return any part within 30 days of delivery. Returns after 30 days won’t be accepted. Items must be in their original, unused condition and include all components from the original packaging, such as instructions and accessories. Make sure the item is packaged securely to avoid damage during shipping. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.

All returns must be authorized by our team. To start the process, submit a return claim through the return form on our website. Once your claim is reviewed, our customer service team will provide detailed instructions on how to return your item.

If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within two (2) business days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted, so we recommend inspecting your items as soon as you receive them.

Please note, we are not responsible for labor fees, towing charges, repair costs, or rental car expenses related to installing incorrect or defective parts. It’s your responsibility to confirm the parts meet your needs before installation. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend professional installation and verification of the parts.

Make sure to include the original invoice or pick ticket with your return to ensure it’s processed quickly and accurately.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2-4 business days after we receive the item. Keep in mind that shipping transit times may take up to 15 days before the returned item reaches us.
