ORDERING & PRODUCT FITMENT

How do I know what is the left side and right side of the car?

Left and right sides are always determined from the driver’s point of view, sitting inside the vehicle facing forward.

  • The left side is the driver side.
  • The right side is the passenger side.

How do I know I'm ordering the correct part?

Each of our listings includes the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Part Number and Partslink#. These are the same identifiers your dealership or repair shop would use. Always verify the part number and confirm your vehicle's year, make, and model before placing an order.

Will this part fit my car?

Yes. Our parts are engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications and are designed to match the original factory fit and function. Check compatibility by using your vehicle's details and part numbers.

I see multiple versions of the same part. How do I choose?

Check the listing labels—some parts differ by certification, brand, or finish. If you're unsure, pick by your repair goals:

  • Choose CAPA or OEM for insurance repairs or top-tier quality.
  • Choose TYC or Value Line for everyday use or budget repairs.

Do you sell OEM parts?

Yes, for some products we offer genuine OEM parts. These are made by the same manufacturers that supply parts to vehicle brands and meet strict dealership quality standards.

What do the different part types mean (OEM, CAPA, TYC, Value Line)?

  • OEM: Made by the same manufacturer that supplies automakers.
  • CAPA-Certified: Tested and approved to meet OEM standards.
  • TYC: Quality aftermarket parts designed for OEM fit and function.
  • Value Line: Budget-friendly aftermarket options with solid performance. Each product listing specifies which type you're viewing.

PAINTING SERVICES & PROCESS

What parts can you paint?

We paint bumpers, fenders, hoods, doors, mirrors, and radiator supports. Each part is prepped, primed, and professionally painted to match your vehicle's factory color.

How accurate is the paint match?

We use computerized paint-matching systems and OEM-grade paint from top brands like Lesonal to achieve a 95–100% color match. The result is auto body shop - level precision—without the markup.

Do you paint parts by hand?

No. Unlike many online sellers, we never hand-mix colors. All painting is done in-house by trained professionals using industry-standard tools and technology.

How long does it take to paint and ship?

Painted parts are typically ready to ship in 5–10 business days. Large or complex orders may take up to 14 days. You'll receive tracking once your part ships.

How many coats of paint do you apply?

We apply multiple coats—usually three base coats followed by clear coat—to ensure full coverage, shine, and long-lasting durability.

Do you inspect the parts after painting?

Yes. Every painted part goes through a quality control check to ensure color accuracy, finish consistency, and no paint defects before it's shipped.

How do I find my vehicle's paint code?

Look for the Manufacturer's or Compliance Plate—usually located inside the driver-side door jamb, under the hood, or in the trunk. The paint code is listed as “Paint” or “Ext. Color.”

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICKUP

What is your shipping timeline?

  • Non-painted parts: ship in 2–4 business days
  • Painted parts: 5–10 business days to ship
  • Transit time: 5–10 days for small parts; 10–15 days for freight items

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Local pickup is available at our Elk Grove Village, IL, warehouse. We'll contact you when your order is ready. Allow 2–4 business days for non-painted parts and 5–10 for painted parts.

Can I request express or expedited shipping?

Yes. Contact our team before placing your order. Additional painting and shipping fees apply.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you'll receive tracking via email. You can also track your order by submitting the Track an Order form.

What should I do if my part arrives damaged?

Inspect your shipment before accepting it. If there is visible damage, do not accept the shipment. This is the only way we can file a damage claim. If accepted, you may be liable for shipping and restocking fees.

Submit a Damage Claim within 48 hours.

RETURNS & CANCELATIONS

Can I return a part?

Yes. You have 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and damage-free. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless there is a seller error.

Can I return a painted part?

All painted parts are not returnable and are a FINAL SALE. Since this is a customized part, all orders are made to match your specific requirements and cannot be sold again.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Transit time may add up to 15 days. Submit a Return Request.

Can I cancel an order?

  • Painted parts: Cancel within 24 hours to avoid restocking fees.
  • Unpainted parts: Cancel within 12 hours.

ORDER ISSUES

What if the color of my painted part doesn't match?

We match paint using OEM factory codes, but older vehicles may present challenges. Over time, exposure to sunlight, oxidation, and previous paintwork can alter your car's original color. While we aim to achieve the closest possible match, slight differences may occur, especially on older vehicles.

What if the color of my painted part is different?

If you believe we sent a part painted in the wrong color, please submit a Color Mismatch form. Be sure to include clear photos taken in natural daylight. We'll review your submission and offer a resolution if the error is on our end. Please double-check your paint code and order details before submitting, as we can only cover mistakes we've made.

What should I do if my part is damaged during shipping?

Do not accept the shipment if it's visibly damaged. If accepted, you are responsible for return shipping and fees. Submit a Damage Claim within 48 hours.
